Cash Only: Early Bird is $5 per person on Saturday from 9am-11am. Regular admission is $3 per person. Children 10 and under are free.

Yes, an ATM is available near the Main Entrance for the show weekend for your shopping convenience. There is a fee for its use.

Public restrooms are available at each locker bay off of Main Street, the main corridor of the show. See the map or Information Booth for help.

Yes, strollers are permitted and children 10 and under are admitted free of charge. An elevator is available for accessing all levels of the show. Please note that the smaller the stroller, the better you will be able to navigate the crowds.

Unfortunately, furry friends are not allowed at the Craft Show unless it is a licensed service animal. 

Raffle tickets can be purchased at our Raffle Station in front of the theatre on Main Street. You can also donate a non-perishable item for a raffle ticket which supports Reach Out Lakota.

• 1 Raffle Ticket=1 non-perishable item (so on and so forth) 

Existing Crafters will receive their booth details via email in April. New Crafters will receive application status in May.

Apply online via our Online Application by 3/31. The application will re-open the weekend of our Craft Show for the following year.

Unfortunately, we are seeing an increase of scammers posing as the Lakota West High School Craft Show asking for booth fee payment. We will never contact you via social media requesting you venmo, paypal, or cash app your booth fee payment. All correspondence will be from the LWHSCraftshow@gmail.com email address.

Existing crafters will send in their booth fee via Square and fill out the online application during the craft show weekend or until 3/31.

New crafters must fill out the online application first by 3/31 and will only send in their booth fee after approval of application via an email from the committee.

Payment Payment can  be sent via online with Square.

Depending on the location of the booth, the average size is 8'x10' for one booth. However, the dimensions may be inverted to accommodate walkways. In addition, the locker bay sizes are angled and are considered the size of two booths with the dimensions of 15'x13'.

The building will be open the Friday of the Craft Show weekend from 5pm-10pm (Crafters located in the cafeteria will be from 630pm-10pm)

The building will be open on Saturday morning of the Craft Show weekend at 7am.

Crafters will check in at the Information Table and pick up the packet which includes a yellow wristband for re-entry.

Raffle donations can be placed at the table located in front of the theater. Be sure to include your business information.

Email LWHSCraftshow@gmail.com as soon as possible. We are happy to apply your booth fee to the following year. 

We do have the following Cancellation Policy. 

Cancellation within 30 to 60 Days: If you cancel your booking within 30 to 60 days of the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be applied.

Cancellation within 14 to 30 Days: If you cancel your booking within 14 to 30 days of the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount will be applied.

Cancellation within 14 Days or Less: If you cancel your booking 14 days or less prior to the scheduled date, no refund will be provided.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.

Crafters who are bringing helpers to assist with their booths will also receive a yellow wristband for free admission.

We have every intention to have volunteers during the unloading and loading process but conflicting events may happen so we can’t guarantee enough volunteers. Please prepare for a shortage of volunteers.
