Transportation: Arrival & Dismissal

Eligible students in grades 7-9 will receive busing if they live more than two miles from their school. Lakota does not provide busing for students in grades 10-12.

Parking Passes

All licensed students are permitted to drive to school if they fill out a parking pass application and receive a parking permit. There is no charge for the parking passes.

Seniors and Painting Parking Spaces

As a fundraiser for our PTSO, seniors can paint their parking spaces. They will need to fill out an application and submit their design. If the design is approved, the student will be notified and the dates of painting their spot will be shared with them.

Arrival & Dismissal: New Main Campus Traffic Flow Begins Jan. 7, 2025

Below are diagrams of both the freshman and main campus parking lots. We ask that you follow the arrows during drop-off and pick-up to keep the flow of traffic moving as safely and quickly as possible.

West New Traffic Map
A map showing new traffic patterns for Lakota West, effective January 7, 2025. There are four gates: Gate 1 on Union Centre Blvd. at the football field, Gate 2 on Lakota West Blvd., Gate 3 on West Chester Rd., and Gate 4 at the crosswalk on West Chester Rd. Yellow arrows indicate traffic flow into lots, and orange arrows indicate traffic flow out. Barricades separate and isolate parking lots. Specific turn instructions are provided for each gate and lot.
