Lakota West Bands 3rd Annual Marching Band Invitational is Sept 20!

For the 3rd time in the district’s history, Lakota West Bands is hosting the Lakota West Band Invitational!

The event takes place on Saturday, September 20 at the West Stadium. 13 Bands from around the region will be competing including our friends at Lakota East!

Our Lakota West Marching Firebirds (new Football Band) will perform in exhibition and our Lakota West High School Marching Band (competition band) will perform their competition show ‘Luminares' at the conclusion of the competition in exhibition.

The students, parents, directors, and staff are super excited to host this event for the district!  A tremendous amount of work from the Lakota West Upbeat Club, Directors and staff has gone into making this all come together: Event leads, ticket sales, coordination of bands, merch design, concessions, vendor sponsorships, trophy sponsors, bake sale, and tons of parent and student volunteers the night of the event!
