2024-25 Lakota West PTSO Scholarships
The Lakota West PTSO offers $750 scholarships in five categories, with two scholarships awarded in each category. These scholarships are intended to support graduating seniors who have plans to attend a two or four year college, vocational program, or other opportunity that will allow them to move forward along their chosen career path.
Application Details
- Essay Requirements: Each application must include an essay of at least 250 words.
- Eligibility: Scholarships are open to any Lakota West Senior (including students at ButlerTech and Lakota Central who would otherwise attend Lakota West). A student must have plans after graduation to pursue additional education, training or certifications that will strengthen their future career path.
- Formatting: Include name of the essay category as the title of your essay.
- Deadline: February 1, 2025 at 11:59pm (no late entries will be accepted).
- Multiple Applications Permitted: Students may apply for more than one scholarship category, but each student may only win once, and each essay may only be used for a single category. (To enter in multiple categories, you must write multiple essays.)
- Submission Email: Please use a personal email address (not a lakotastudents.com email) that you check regularly. Winners will be notified via email.
