Time:  XH Period

The Test will cover the following:

1. U.S. Flag/State of Ohio Flag
2. U.S. Constitution/Declaration of Independence
3. Federal Government
4. State Government (Ohio)
5. County/Township Government
6. City Government
7. School Government
8. Essay on a Current Topic – the essay must be completed to qualify

If you are interested:

1. 10th – 12th Grade Students – Sign up on the sheet outside room 210 to indicate your interest.
2. You will receive a pass during 1st period on November 9 to come to the Community Room to take the test during your XH period on November 9.

Winners:

1. Eighteen State-wide winners will receive a five day trip to Washington, D.C. (three days) and Gettysburg, PA Battlefield . This is an all-expense paid, escorted trip.  Includes Congress, Museums, Monuments, Laying a Wreath at Arlington Cemetery, Quantico Marine Base, etc. Two days special escorted (Rangers) tour with detailed explanation and description of the Civil War Battle and its importance.
2. Document your participation in an American Legion Program. Useful for College and Employment Applications.
